Favorite Memory at SMU: My favorite memory at Saint Mary’s was working my first TEC retreat. Many of my really good friends attended that retreat and I got to help and watch them grow in their faith. I also met some amazing people on that retreat that are really good friends to this day. I love the faith community that gets built on the Saint Mary’s campus and I’m definitely going to miss that next year.
Next Steps: Following graduation I will be moving to Mequon, WI where I will start the Physician Assistant Program at Concordia University Wisconsin.
Final Words as You Depart: To the faculty and staff of Saint Mary’s, I cannot begin to adequately adequately express my thanks for everything that you have taught me. You have answered my endless questions, encouraged me to become involved, and guided me though every step of my undergraduate experience. To the students, my advice to you is don’t be afraid to get involved and spend time with people you may not know. Being involved in many different clubs, activities, and departments was truly what helped me get outside my comfort zone and become confident in who I am. It also lead me to some of the greatest people I have ever met and friendships that I know will last a lifetime. Soak in every moment because before you know it graduation will be right around the corner.
