How did you find out about this internship? I play softball here at Saint Mary’s and Coach Sam approached me about doing an internship with her to learn about and help with events
Favorite part of the Internship?: My favorite part of my internship so far has been helping plan events and coming up with creative ideas for these events.
Most Challenging part of the Internship?: The most challenging part of my internship is organizing the details of events to make sure that everything is in order for the actual event.
What has been the biggest lesson?: The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is pay attention to the small details. If you skip over or rush through the tiniest of details you could miss something, which can ruin your event.
Advice to other students preparing for an internship: Make as many connections as you can through your internship. Meeting new people and forming relationships with these connections can help open new doors and opportunities for you.
